Hey Guys, I'm a 17 year old Englishman kickin it up over here in the backwaters of Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom,

I've been playing guitar for around 5 years and I'm planning on getting a red beard by the time I hit 18, which funnily enough is 3 days after this competition ends! hahaha

I'm studying music technology at college and in my 2nd year there, which I'm then planning on going to Uni to study Music Performance,

I'm struggling to get recognition where I live as its a small place in the middle of nowhere, so other musicians aren't necessarily a rare thing to find... but finding other musicians into the same thing is... I mean... I dig Pantera, Slipknot, Opeth, Dream Theater etc but you can't compare bands such as Zeppelin and Ricky Skaggs to these guys etc... they are two loves which are compleley separate but joined at exactly the same time...

My father is a HUGE inspiration on my guitar playing, and he's only second to the main man himself Dimebag Darrell!






My dad has alot of knowledge about music and I love gaining knowledge about anything and everything, he's got some killer stories from the road such as the time he did 2 European tours with Allan Holdsworth, which if you don't know you should check out.. I think Eddie Van Halen said he wanted to kiss his shoes at one time or another hahaha...

So while I'm not the most technical guitarist on here... I'm hoping to god the fact I poured my heart and soul into the video as well as gaining a bonus for only being awake 10 minutes before I made the video AND it was the first and only take... lol
