Darin Vasilev was born in 1979 in Montana, Bulgaria and started playing the guitar at the age of 8 - won his 1st guitar contest at 17 - has a Bachelor Of Arts Degree in Pop Music Arts from New Bulgarian University - was a scholarship winner at Berklee College of Music, Boston MA where he studied guitar majoring in Film Scoring - won the National Guitar Contest sponsored by Gibson and Jim Beam in 2006 - only Bulgarian guitar player to be officially presented to guitar icons Joe Satriani and Steve Vai.
