Bio:

 October 1999, the fusion of musicians from several bands gives birth to DIESEL-HUMM! (Luís, Jimmy, Nuno, Silva);

 First the band played cover-songs of their favourite bands, performing in several clubs and events;

 After some time the writing of original stuff begins;

 The main purpose starts to get clear, the band works for conditions to a good production environment;

 The band’s web-site www.diesel-humm.com gets 4 in 5 values in the Metal Magazine LOUD!;

 Diesel-Humm! Are invited by the manager of UTOPIA-PRODUCTIONS and work-fellow of RECITAL- RECORDS (Carlos Guimarães) to participate in the Tribute to TARANTULA for who they recorded a version of Inner Force in Rec n’ Roll Studios; 

The band is interviewed for several magazines and newspapers;

 Next they played in some gigs with ANGER, TAMBU, TARANTULA, ORATORY, etc;

 In the summer of 2001 the band makes the demo Trivial Society with the participation of  Ana Isabel (Violin) and also Nikko (guitarist of Deadly-Sin).

 Then came up the METAL BLAST TOUR with the german band DEADLY-SiN in Portugal.
 Since then the tour was made several times in Germany and Portugal;
Mars 2002 the line-up changes, the band gets reduced to 3 Luís, Jimmy e Ana.

 Diesel-Humm! Begins an acoustic project;

 In the middle of September of 2002 the band plays on National TV on the SIC 10 HORAS Show were they presented the ballad ONE MORE TIME (Acoustic Version);

 In October of 2002 the band finally found the new members Victor André as Bass Player and José as Drummer;

In 2003 begins the X- CHANGE ROCK TOUR with the German band T_BONE;

The X- CHANGE ROCK TOUR was made in Portugal (12 concerts) and in germany (8 concerts)

The Band plays in several festivals;

2004 was a year of re-ordering, planning and jamming;

In the beginning of 2005 the band plays in several events and prepares the recording of their Álbum;

2006 the band reaches the final step in the recording process and starts the mixdown run;

 The band hits one of their main dreams by signing a record deal with the iberic label RADICAL RECORDS;

Diesel-Humm! Presents “STOP - THE WAR”, their first LP album (produced by Jimmy Rocha and Lino V. and mastered by Mika Jussila (Nightwish, Apocalyptica, HIM, Stratovarius, Edguy, etc.) at Finnvox studio Finland and prepares a Portuguese tour and media promotion.

After choosing a song, the vídeo-clip will also be recorded mixing real footage with Animation;

Diesel-Humm! Are also preparing the long awaited “Old Friends Tour” that will take the band to Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Great Britain, Canada, USA and finally Australia;
